The ‘it depends’ answer directly refers to the quality of the SEO submission software that you are figuring on using.  It relies on the standard of the SEO submission software itself.  Don’t just buy the first thing that you find.  Do your research – ensure that you find a product that works for you and your site.  You either desire something specifically focused towards what you are attempting to accomplish, or you need to find SEO submission software that’s flexible enough to be customized to be precisely what you want it to be.
